Dont use this company they dont help lowering your debt. For 2 years all they did was take my money I had legal assistance with them that I paid extra and they never showed up to court. Every time I asked where my money was they put me on hold and gave a lame excuse. I have a balance in my account. They told me I was getting a refund. In the next 5 days Its been 2 weeks and I havent get it Iconcordia is a spam I was paying 300 a month for 2 years for nothing.

I was switch to this company, I started my consolidation journey with there partner company. I am in the end of my 3rd year and struggle every month to make the $605 payment. I was served with a lawsuit November of 2025 and have never received any information. Today I was just served again. I have emailed and called asking for updates on multiple occasions, with no response. If I could leave a lower rating, I would have. I would council anyone thinking of using this company to reconsider. What they told me when I signed up, is they have great relationships with all my creditors and as a result they would be able to begin settlement discussions within 3 months. What they do not tell you and I came to learn 6 months into the program, is that you need to build up a balance in your account before they will speak to a creditor. Believe the reviews. Do NOT go with this company. It is a complete scam. They will take your money and settle nothing. Credit score will drop insanely. I was signed up for 3 months with one thing "settled". Constant calls, texts, emails from debt collectors. I asked to cancel when one creditor started garnishing my wages. Concordia wasn't even aware of that happening. I signed up for peace of mind, one payment and they would handle everything. I canceled with Concordia after a year and asked to have a breakdown of what was paid in and paid out and have the remaining balance deposited back into my account. As soon as I contacted them it took 4 days for them to finally cancel, on due to the fact that I had planned on going with another company and they contacted them. They kept sending me clixdocu to sign to send mor money instead of canceling. I tried replying and telling them again to cancel and those emails were rejected. I would not recommend this company at all. I wish I would have never went with this company. They keep taking your money and for two years have not reached a settlement with my credit card companies. They agree to call you once a week to check in with you and you never hear from them. They are always saying how sorry they are for everything. I have sent them a good chunk of money and they have not paid my credit card debt.
