I would not recommend this company at all. I wish I would have never went with this company. They keep taking your money and for two years have not reached a settlement with my credit card companies. They agree to call you once a week to check in with you and you never hear from them. They are always saying how sorry they are for everything. I have sent them a good chunk of money and they have not paid my credit card debt.

DO NOT SIGN UP!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! NO RESPONSIVENESS AT ALL!! THEY KEEP YOU IN LIMBO AND RUIN YOUR CREDITE ALL WHILE THEY HOLD ONTO YOUR MONEY.... WORSE DECISION I EVER MADE!! I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER..

You dont want to waste your time on this company. They are the worst out there. I worked with Palisade legal group and for whatever reason, it migrated or was sold to this company. We agreed on initial payment and for almost three years, some accounts were settled. I missed about 3-4 payments and in each of them, I agreed to pay that at the end of the program. We contracted with a firm that was eventually taken over by Concordia Legal Advisors and the issues weve had since wanting to pay off the program are awful! When I called to ask for a payoff amount they said they would call back within a week with that ********* took over 3 weeks to finally get an amount. Then when I called this week to see why the accounts hadnt been paid I was informed that I needed to give them additional money to finish. To the tune of almost $5000! I have been working with Concordia for 1 year. I had 10 accounts, only 1 was settled. Which was not what they stated they could do. I payed them monthly a total of $5237.76. They payed my 1 settled account $2227.90. I cancelled my service and they are only refunding $514.04, SCAMMING me $2495.66 and they basically told me oh well. Do not trust this company.
