Great interactions with staff but the wait was too long to sign the paperwork Staff were helpful and worked with us but we waited for hours to fill out the financial paperwork.

Zack was very professional in helping us select and purchase a new Nissan Rogue. My wife and I have been buying new cars since the early 1970’s and he stands out as perhaps the best sales rep we’ve worked with through all those years. He knew the car inside and out and was able to answer all of our questions. He’s a very good negotiator and in this difficult automobile market coming on the heels of Covid and chip shortages…he got the deal done. Concordville is fortunate to have Zack on their team.

Long time customer. Neal was great to work with getting me into the vehicle I wanted. His follow-up to confirm my satisfaction with the vehicle and any questions/needs I may have is customer service at its best. I, also, have all of my service work done at the dealership and am always fully satisfied. I don't even consider any other dealerships. Concordville is the best!
