Best customer service I’ve ever experienced every step of the way. Prior to coming into look at a vehicle, the female receptionists were extremely pleasant over the phone and answered every question I had, even after hours. I came in the next day and was welcomed by the manager JC and salesperson Hiep. Both were very friendly and made the process much more enjoyable. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. People complain about spending hours at a dealership, but this was a smooth process. I was there on a Saturday, not expecting to commit, and I did because of how the Salesman, Supervisor, and Finance guy made me feel.
