Went in for an inspection, but was informed that I need to replace a part in order to pass inspection. I decided to pay since I was already there and didn't want the hassle or returning; hour later, we need another part... an hour later, we can't pass it due to computer issue.
After checking on-line.. parts marked up by 10 times and 2 hours labor for part for parts I could have replaced in an hour. Never again!!!

Positive experience
Very nice facility with friendly people. A little loose on the details - forgot a few accessories that we purchased, and therefore were not there when i went to get the car. So I have to go back, which is 40+ miles away for me. Not convenient. Love the car though, and felt I got a fair deal. And that's what's most important in the long run.

Great experience. Knowledge staff. Kenney was wonderful, patient and kind. Chuck gave me a great deal and was great to work with. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Concordville Nissan is our got to for auto sales. Chuck and Zack were phenomenal and gave us a fabulous deal! Love my new car and the opportunity to do business with such an awesome dealership!

My new Maxima
My family members are loyal customers of Concordville Nissan/Subaru for over 20 plus years. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. My go to salesman is Anthony Cappello ... he is great and very patient ... he took the time to show and explain all the updated features on my new Maxima. We wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else!

Ask for Nettie!
We love Nettie. She's funny and knowledgeable about cars and we felt as though she treated us fairly, as did Moe. She sent us out feeling comfortable with our choice and she made sure we took our time and found the right car for us. There was a little snafu with a missing key which was not her fault but she made it right as quickly as possible and we were comfortable that it would be resolved, which it was. If this is status quo for service we'll always be happy at Concordville Subaru. Nettie cares about what she's doing and makes sure she gets it right. I'd definitely recommend the Subaru, your dealership and Nettie. We love the car!! It's perfect for us, rides like a dream ... more>>
