Tony was very prompt in replying and then coming to our home to do an estimate for us. We chose this company over several others in part because of the customer service. There were many chip color mix options, and this was important to me. Tony had a sample sent to me so that I could be certain of my choice. After I made my decision, he expressed concern that I had chosen a mix with a lot of white, and then arranged a conference call with the chip supplier in which we created a custom mix - reducing the white by 10% and incr... read more
