Arrived on time as scheduled. Very friendly, reviewed project and answered additional questions I had. Floor fully prepared, cracks ground out and filled and entire surface was diamond-ground for good adhesion. I like the fact that they use a commercial quality product and I will not have to worry about the floor delaminating as some lesser-quality products can do.
