These people are the very best. My cat was very ill and they were so compassionate and caring. He is home now and doing well.
I have no experience with your clinic, other than with your receptionist. She is the first person one talks to when one calls. She was rude and cold when I called. It would be nice if you were to teach her how to answer a phone and answer a question, rather than putting someone on hold for 10 minutes and then forgetting about them. I sincerely hope your veterinary services are better than your receptionist.
The whole team is awesome. I've taken my dogs there for 20 years. The best, but you pay the price.....
