Phyllis Acker was our consultant and she is terrific. We are replacing three tubs with three showers and knew very little about the process. Phyllis help us with understanding what we needed and guided us to great selections. She also worked with our contractor to be sure we were ordering just the right tiles. From the minute you walk in the door, you will be overwhelmed by all of the beauty and splendor in the Conestoga showroom, so many choices. No worries, there are expert designers there to help walk you through your choices, your design and provide their expert advice. They have the best selection. Unlike their competitor I was able to just walk in and have someone take care of my needs instead of being told I needed to make an appointment with a consultant who was not even there. Tracy is awesome. She knows the inventory and has a good sense of design. She explained the pros and cons of the choices I made. I ended up so happy with the color, style and grout I chose for my backsplash.
Sales representative greeted us immediately when entering the showroom and showed us floor tile that met our taste. We are now screening installers.
The designers were very kind and helpful to select the items.
We had another great experience at conestogo tile. Tracey was great in all aspects in helping us design and layout our hall bath renovation. We have used conestogo on several projects over the years as well and you always do a great job !
