I had a pleasant experience at this Institute. Everyone was very helpful every step of the way. Looking forward to the Botox procedure that comes next.
If anybody needs an eye surgeon then Dr Conlon should be your choice. The staff are also amazing, a great experience from start to finish. Thank you everyone.

I am 82 and in the past three years have had 2 major surgeries and both were painless and very successful one was Refractive Lens Exchange and the other was a surgical operation to remove cancer on the bottom of my right Eye lid. Both operations were painless and very successful. All my appointments were on time and I felt very comfortable with the surgical coordination. Dr Conlon is an exceptional ophthalmologist. Staff is friendly and very efficient. My appointment was on time and my appointment was completed in 40 minutes.
I have known Ronan for over 30 years. I had Lens implant surgery in 2022 and needed a YAG laser procedure in September 2025. Both procedures were done exactly as had been explained and they took great care during both procedures. I found their staff to be excellent at prior to surgery communication via email and Joan was very helpful in arranging an appointment that suited me as I was 5 hours from Saskatoon. Well I'll comment on surgery: The prep before surgery is so important, your nervous and you need to be comfortable and informed on what the surgeon will do. The nurse was unbelievable, answered all my questions and was so personable and friendly. I was asked if I needed Valium and said yes right away but by the time the nurse finished explain ing the procedure and what everyone was gonna do I felt better and didn't need a calming pill. I had LASIK eye surgery several years ago with Dr ConIon. I started thinking of the office as I was referring a friend who was nervous to get the procedure done. I have zero regrets and in fact it was the best decision I've ever made in my life. If you're on the fence just do it.
