Got a blepharoplasty from Dr. Conlon. The staff were Super easy going, and Dr. Conlon himself was very kind. After years of struggling with drooping eyelids, they look fantastic. Wish I called them sooner!

I had ptosis and lid tightening surgery in March 2024 at the Conlon Eye Institute. The results have been better than I even expected. Before surgery I felt like I was going around with my eyes half-closed and that I was missing things at the edge of my visual field. This has improved after surgery as expected. I saw Dr. Conlon for Ptosis Repair, Internal Brow Lift and excision of a cyst. Dr. Conlon was personable, professional, efficient and explained what I could expect as the procedures unfolded. His nursing staff, Ashley and Morgan, were exceptional with their welcoming and calming manner and their level of knowledge. I was apprehensive on surgery day but my fears were totally unfounded. The staff and Dr Conlon were supportive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything worked smoothly, and I left feeling well cared for. That feeling was confirmed when I received follow-up contacts over the next two days. If any surgery can be described as a great experience, this was it. Thank you so much to Dr Conlon and all his staff.
I had a biopsy performed at the clinic on Feb 22. I am very pleased with the procedure and care that I received from Dr Conlon and his staff. I have no pain today, I iced the incision area and used the cream they prescribed and have absolutely no pain today. I really appreciated the care and information I received from both Hailey and Morgan before and after the procedure.
I have dealt with the effects of Shingles for the last year and the worst of it has been the damage to my eyelid and the nerves that control the eyelid muscles. Dr Conlon and his staff did an amazing job of repairing my eyelid and relieving my pain and discomfort! The surgery on my lid was quick and virtually painless.
