Fast and Easy Very fast easy to file claims.
Excellent app for managing my healthcare This app not only gives me insight into my medical expense, it helps me stay organized by maintaining my receipts and claim payments all in one place. I can use it to pay doctors or labs for services or I can reimburse myself for out of pocket except see. This has been a lifesaver during this crazy year!

Easy process I like the how easy it is to summit a claim, I’m a person that takes computers for dummy classes and I was able to complete this process without needing help! Not to mention I like the turn around time for the claim process! Can’t speak on if there is anything to that yet.
Simple and Effective So far the app has been nice to use. I really enjoy the partial payments for claims. If you don’t have enough money in the account at the time of claim submission, CYC will pay out what it can at the time the claim is submitted and then will continue to pay out the claim with any funds that are deposited until the claim is complete. And you can see that status within the claims history which is really nice.

Good, convenient solution for receipts Gets the job done and easy enough to use but can be slow. Some simple changes with progress indicators when waiting for a step to load would help the user understand why the app appears to not be responding.
