Customer service experience I called Customer service and talked to Gretchen. She was so pleasant and very helpful. She made my experience very good. I also really like the mobile app. It is very easy to use and get done what is needed with confidence.
Easy to use The last FSA company I had with my old employer was like leaning on a sharp stick. It was a long difficult process to go through their website to get things done. But this app is a breeze.
Makes FSA reimbursements easy As long as you have the papers printed out for reimbursement, the app is super helpful.

Pretty darn good! The connect your care app is great and easy to use to keep track of how much you have available for medical related expenses and for keeping track of what you’ve spent. The only reason that I gave it four out of five stars is because when a claim is rejected, it doesn’t give you an explanation as to why it was rejected. This has happened twice recently and when I resubmitted one of my two rejected purchase, one of them ended up being accepted and I have no idea why it was rejected in the first place.
