Better App Definitely improved from the last version.
Easy to use After dealing with the wonky WageWorks app, I’m so glad my company switched to this. It’s easy and simple.
Good but lacks communication option The app is easy to use but it doesn’t allow for detailed information about the claim status and has no option for detailed communication between user and vendor. I would appreciate receiving notes when a claim has issues being approved.

New user but happy So far so good! I appreciate the convenience of the app for making payments.
Simple and Time Saving I use the app for to capture receipts for health expenses. Some it’s not always clear which OTC meds and treatments are covered by my HCSA, I can pay myself and submit the claim right away to be reimbursed. That is sometimes better than taking a chance by using the CYC credit card.
