So Far, So Good. This is my first year using CYC. I’ve made one payment using the app and it was approved, currently waiting on my second to see if it is approved. It’s straight forward and an easy to use app. My only concern is that I can see that my bill(s) are being paid through my HSA/FSA accounts, but I don’t know if there is a way to choose which account the money is deducted from. (Or how the app decides what account it is deducting money from) I also worry about the fact that it shows each provider has been paid, but... read more
CYC It would be helpful to know if there is something missing with submitted documentation by an alert of some sort to avoid missing payment. Otherwise this app is super user friendly and helpful.
