Pros: Once it's set up properly, it's a very reliable product. It saves a lot of time importing orders from our 3 custom web shops. It does a pretty good job of checking for an existing customer or, creates a new customer as necessary. Once you get used to it, it's easy to navigate and support. Regular reports via email helps to ensure things are running smoothly. Cons: Can't call tech support. Very slow response to support tickets. Very difficult to get support to implement new features. Pros: The software has improved and so has the web interface in the past year. Once everything is configured, the syncing happens in the background and goes unnoticed. It helps us sync ShipStation and QBO together and work more efficiently. Cons: The beginning setup is rough and customer service is something to be desired. Things that one would think would be plug and play with Quickbooks Online required some workarounds that did not feel so slick. Pros: I like how simple this interface is to use across the board.I like how this works and also getting the customer support they had to offer while using the system. Cons: This system did not have a Connex to user setup process. I feel that this would've answered a lot of questions I had about it for the startup process. Pros: There are many solutions out there, but this product just works and works and works. If there are any issues with the sync it is easy to see what the issue is. Recently we had issues with our Cloudflare setup in front of our Magento install. It was simple to run the sync again manually and review the errors. Pros: I really like that way I am able to have Connex convert sales orders from all four of my stores and place them into my Sales Receipts in Quickbooks Enterprise. There are not a lot of software options out there that can do this with Enterprise, so I was thrilled to have this option. I also love that I don't have to do anything to convert the orders. Pros: The software is well priced. It sometimes works nicely and has this cool deposit match tool which is really nice when it works. Cons: It doesn't always sync properly and when it's not working and I need to fix it that day it's hard to get someone on the case quick enough. Overall: The support is not always the greatest. Would love if can have a number that we can call and speak to a live representative whenever needed.
Pros: Connex helps us automate tasks that otherwise took manual entry or a lot of support with a previous app we used for this process. Cons: At first we had some challenges getting all of our settings correct, but with Connex support we got it sorted out. The new interface is great! Overall: Overall, we forget how hard things used to be since Connex works so well for us. Our accounting vendor can do their job more easily when they need to because invoices are in QB when they need to be. Love it!
Pros: We needed a digital solution to replace hand entered data... This is the most reviewed, trusted and financially reasonable option. For all of the above, this is the perfect product for this use case. Easy setup, fast service and the sales team was excellent to work with. Pros: Pairing files are easy to set up, ability to import to QuickBooks and from QuickBooks for multiple stores. Responsive customer support. Cons: The are occasional glitches when updates are made but Connex support has been responsive in sorting these out. Overall: We use Connex to import our orders from ship station to QuickBooks. We are able to manage multiple stores and for the most part the system works very well, saving us precious time.
