RecommendedConrad was very easy to work with on getting a mortgage set up. He is super easy to contact and will advocate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. Other mortgage lenders didnt want to deal with me because of the low purchase price of my property, I would not have my condo if it weren't for him.
