I was initially turned out and was told a flat at no! With no reasoning behind the decision from my first loan officer. I was feeling defeated and about to give up on the hole buying dream when I found Jeff. I told him my situation and sent over my documents. He told me he’d have a pre approval by the end of day. He kept his word and I was shocked when I had the letter in hand and ready to start the process. He made it fast simple and easy. Would highly recommend this man to all my friends and family in the market!
I used Abe when I was buying my home and again now that I did a refi. Abe worked so hard to make sure I got everything I needed plus more. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is a man you definitely want on your team.
Nicholas is a good lender and consultant and help me address all the loan issues for example, he provided the instructions how I should do with the problems after the appraisal from the new house . and my downpayment was approved and eventually I have my new house !
