Beware ,they don’t build customer relationship they acquire a loan just to sell to other companies. Contour sold my mortgage within a week of closing . Now I have a new relationship with a lender that has a horrible reputation, known to process payments erroneously, and when you call customer service are greeted with a comment “ This call is recorded in effort to collect on a debt” Yes , Contour staff will help you get a mortgage ASAP but from my experience its to sell my loan for profit and before you can even move into yo... read more
