Everything went smoothly and the team was helpful at every step along the way. Bill will call after hours to discuss challenges. Erika is the most detailed processor I have met and definitely has skills that add to the chances of not being rejected. We had the pleasure of working with Kara on our recent home purchase. She guided us through every step of the process and was there to address any concerns or issues that arose.
