David and his team were very professional and excellent to work with. I was a first-time home buyer and had no clue as to what to do. David was there to help and explain all information needed. At the closing, my interest rate was reduced to a lower rate than expected. I would recommend David to anyone that is interested in looking to purchase a home.
Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to work with. The process was completed without any issues and done quickly. I recommend him highly.
Igor and his team were recommended by our buyer's agent, and overall did a good job securing us a loan at a good rate. We had some hiccups that delayed our process, and in some cases I would have preferred better communication from the lender and their team, but they were very flexible and that helped us close on a reasonable timetable.

It was an extreme pleasure working with Eric. This was our first buy in the NY market, therefore we often had many questions.
