Working with Matt was great. He kept us apprised during every step of the process, and always made sure we were aware the documentation needed so we were never caught off guard. Would definitely recommend working with Matt.
The process was surprisingly effortless. Kara was available after business hours to answer all my questions and she followed up to make sure I provided all of the necessary documentation and always responded to my questions promptly. I am very pleased that the closing for my refinance has been scheduled and can be done after business hours and at my convenience.
