The lender & Mr. Romano provided exemplary service. Mr. Romano was extremely patient when answering our questions and informative when guiding us through the home mortgage process, which is very important for first time buyers. He was also proactive in making sure all required documents were submitted in a timely fashion in order to facilitate a speedy closing. He's great at what he does and we are thoroughly pleased with professionalism.

I recently found out my landlord wasn’t renewing my lease, but she gave me the option to purchase. I submitted my mortgage application with Contour and Jeff was my LO.
