Great job. Very communicative. Very good at his job. From day one, my Loan Officer Dave Trabosh- sounds funny even saying “my Loan Officer” because over the course of only a short amount of time he became “my friend.” Dave has been there -above and beyond – in every aspect of not only processing my loan application and eventually getting us an amazing interest rate, but every bump in the road – Dave was there to guide me and advise me of the pros and cons of different types of mortgages loans, even I know some of the stuff he did was not in his job description like showing me ... read more

I don’t often post anything let alone a review but I promised one if everything went quickly and smoothly and as it did, I have give props to Andrey Romanyuk who did our refi in 6 weeks from “who are u” to closing with patience and advice the whole way through. Being available at any hour via phone/text, Andrey was also able to show different loan options in real time as my wife and sat behind our pc screen at home. Thanks Andrey!

From the very first phone call I knew Igor Lipkin was the right mortgage broker for me. He made me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful and attentive to all the details all the way through closing.
