I was initially turned out and was told a flat at no! With no reasoning behind the decision from my first loan officer. I was feeling defeated and about to give up on the hole buying dream when I found Jeff. I told him my situation and sent over my documents. He told me he’d have a pre approval by the end of day. He kept his word and I was shocked when I had the letter in hand and ready to start the process. He made it fast simple and easy. Would highly recommend this man to all my friends and family in the market!

Nicholas is a good lender and consultant and help me address all the loan issues for example, he provided the instructions how I should do with the problems after the appraisal from the new house . and my downpayment was approved and eventually I have my new house !

Matt and his team are awesome. From convincing the listing agent to take our bid, to answering calls or texts any day of the week working with them was great. As a first time home buyer, Matt took the time to explain every step of the way, and was extremely responsive to our needs. In this crazy market he is exactly the person you want working on your behalf. 10/10 would use again
