Working with Igor Lipkin and his team at contour mortgage was very delightful. They were all very helpful from the beginning of the process to the closing table. Once all closing condition were submitted they were able to execute clear to close and get me to the closing within 2 days. I would extremely recommend contour mortgage, Igor Lipkin and his team!!

Provided best service ever, and I recommend him to everyone. He always was on time about the updates and finding solutions in any situations. Step by step he helped us to reach the closing date. His communications with Co-op Board, Realstate Brocker and others involved were quick and productive. He also has a great team solving problems professional manner. As everyone knows buying a house is not easy. Is a very complicated process and stressful at times. My process wasn’t the exemption, I have rough days but at the end everything work out. Thanks to my loan officer that was by my side through this process I was able to get my first home.
