I used Melissa to get a loan for a home in Dix Hills ! Even though I went to another lender prior ! He had a tough time making things happen as I had a lot of income coming from a lot of different places and a bunch of investment properties ! Melissa was able to guide me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible ! She was communicative and even helped me get a better Rate using a buy down and a sellers concession.
