Preya helped my wife and I with our refinance and we could not be happier with the service. We were able to complete the refinance within a month of our 1st phone call with Preya. She was very informative in regards to what we could expect from the refinance and what we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. Abraham was awesome throughout the entire process of me purchasing my condo. People say being a first time homebuyer is “stressful and will work you to your last nerve.” I would disagree with that quote. The experience I had with Jeff and Contour Mortgage was stress free and relaxing. He broke everything down to me from the beginning until the end. My husband and I were challenging clients. We presented some unusual challenges for Gladys. She worked hard and pushed the envelope as much as she needed to in order to get things moving. She was patient with us as first-timers and did her best to educate us along the way. Although our process took a little longer than hoped, Gladys kept her promise and got us CTC by month-end.
