I would like to start with stating that we have been in real estate environment for the past 10 years. Not counting our main residence we got involved with south florida real estate at the time when things were not that bright here or in the entire nation for that matter. Mike is AMAZING! As a first time home buyer he was so patient with us and explained everything to us very thoroughly. Mike really made the whole process veasy because he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He is so thorough and prompt. In fact, he got us the clear to close within 30 days! He makes the work easy, requests only half the documentation and can provide an easy, plain spoken explanation of why and what we need at each juncture.
