Michael was great to work with in refinancing my mortgage and HELOC. He was patient and helpful in guiding me through the process. Even with the few little bumps and redoing documents along the way, Michael was always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone/text. Communication was great throughout the process. I would definitely work with Michael again and will recommending him to anyone I know looking to do a mortgage or refinance.

He always made himself available to both of us and did it have an issue with repeating himself to us on different occasions. Was very attentive always called or emailed back.
