My experience with Kara Spina was exceptional! We've refinanced previously with others and it can be a stressful process. Kara was extremely easy to work with, professional, very communicative, helpful and made this process seamless for us. I would use again and recommend her as well as Contour Mortgage without hesitation. She was great!

We closed yesterday on our first home, all thanks to Abraham!!! He was with us all the way!! The best is we got a very low interest rate!! Our mortgage is cheaper than our rent and we are so glad and grateful for the great privilege to work with Abraham!!! I am sending every home buyer my way to him because HE IS THE BEST!! He knows the market, the business, very skilled and highly professional!!

I highly recommend Eric for New Home Mtge or Refinancing your Home, he worked patiently with me from beginning to end even at times I struggled but he was there to keep me positive & guide me through every detailed document, and now I am happy to announce I have closed on my home & I could not have done it without him... I attempted other lenders prior but was not comfortable with Eric from 1st conversation I knew he wanted to help me & he did!

Brian is an experienced, professional, Loan Officer. Everything he promised, he delivered in a timely fashion and there were no surprises. If you want a home purchase, Refinance, Conventional, VA, FHA - he's the guy for you!
