Chris was amazing. I didn't think i would qualify to purchase a home and not only did he get me approved but because of his dedication, knowledge, and was always there to anwer my calls he pulled a miracle and had me closing on a house in 2 week. He pulled a fairy godfather who waved his magic wand and made it happen

Dave was very involved throughout the entire process. He understood that this was my first time purchasing a home, and he didn't mind explaining things that I found confusing. Dave was always available to take my calls, and/or reply to text. He made me feel like I was his most important client!

Max is a very responsive and honest. He constantly provides updates and guided me to make the right financial decision. Max does whatever is needed to get things done, including picking up paperwork at my residence. I trust Max and will use him during my next house purchase.

Jesse was a good communicator, and took time to explain the mortgage lending process to us. He was quick to respond to phone calls and email. Our closing costs were nearly identical to what he predicted, which was great. A lot of things about buying a home were complicated by the pandemic, but the mortgage process went smoothly.

Bob Flanigan and Contour have done exactly what they said they would do. I refinanced my mortgage to eliminate my credit card debt. I attempted to do this with the prior mortgage holder and was denied the opportunity to regain financial control six months earlier. I highly recommend Bob, Shane and Laura!
