I started out the refinance process with three different mortgage companies including Contour Mortgage. I quickly settled on using Contour Mortgage because Abraham provided me with analytical information that helped to decide which mortgage term was better for me. He also kept me informed throughout the process which caused us to close the loan in less than three months.

Buying a home is a hard process to begin with but doing it during a Pandemic it’s even more stressful! Joe Reiz is simply the best. He helped me close the purchase of the home with an FHA 2 years ago. And his knowledge & friendliness made me returned to him the 2nd time that I needed to refinance to take advantage of the prevailing lower rate in the country and also remove the PMI. God willing I'll be coming back incase I need a second or third home. He was fantastic throughout the journey.

My experience with Michael has been great. He communicated with me on a daily basis the details of this process and answered any and all questions i had. He was most helpful during this stressful time due to the nations pandemic. This changing how and when closing would take place. He was able work through all obstacles presented to secure and complete my loan. His number i will be using again and sharing with family and friends!
