Being a first time home buyer was very stressful and unsure what would happen. However we had a great loan officer Serigo Lopez who walked through each step and helped us explain everything to us. I purchased my home a little over two years ago. My intial loan process was much more daunting compared to refinancing with Eric at Contour Mortgage. When i first tried to refinance, i stayed with my bank who gave me my first mortgage. I was recommemd by a close friend to give Eric a call, and im so glad I did.
