Beverly, my loan officer, was absolutely outstanding! I have worked with a few mortgage companies in the past but things were different with Contour, in a good way! Beverly was so on top of things and helped me close very quickly. Her communication was regular and I always knew exactly where we were in the process. Things were done efficiently and overall I am very, very satisfied! Thank you Contour and thank you most of all to Beverly for going above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience!
My wife and I were debating on refinancing our home to payoff some existing debt. Reaching out to Abe was the best thing we could do!! He gathered documents and within days of receiving the appraisal our file was cleared to close. During the process there was some old stuff reporting to credit and he took his time to have it removed and updated immediately with a positive impact on our credit scores. Priceless!! Don't even know where to begin. Aram was incredibly helpful, always available at all time, very organized, patient and a hard worker. He made our dream come true. If it wasn't for him we would not have closed on our new home. Aram was very reassuring, there were many factors on my end that could've denied us a loan, BUT Aram made it happen.
