Dave was great to work with. This was my first time buying a home and I thought the whole mortgage application process would be daunting but it ended up being as easy as it could be. He quickly responded to my emails and texts and he answered any question I had. I thought the COVID-19 pandemic would add extra complications, but my loan was approved and cleared quickly and smoothly thanks to Dave, Holly, and others in the team. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone considering to buy a home.
