Matt was my go-to contact at Contour Mortgage during my home buying process. Early on he gave me clear estimates of what everything would cost and advised me to make the process smooth. He really helped me out as we got close to closing and Covid-19 hit the tri state area. I was unsure whether I would be able to close but he helped me lock in a good rate and close right in time. If I waited any longer I may not have been able to close seeing as I’m self employed. Matt also recommended an attorney that I was very happy with.
Everyone was extremely helpful and the whole process was done in non stressful and timely manner. I would totally recommend this company for any of your mortgage needs.
Sergio was phenomenal. Not only was he easily accessible at any time but it was one of the craziest times for us all in history with the covid 19 outbreak and he was always available to help. He educated, was patient, answered my many many many questions. He was truthful and if there was something he wasn’t 100% on he would make sure to find out. Sergio was got our late even lower than we thought which saved me money monthly for the next 30 years! I would recommend him to anyone and already have to many friends and family!
