Sergio was phenomenal. Not only was he easily accessible at any time but it was one of the craziest times for us all in history with the covid 19 outbreak and he was always available to help. He educated, was patient, answered my many many many questions. He was truthful and if there was something he wasn’t 100% on he would make sure to find out. Sergio was got our late even lower than we thought which saved me money monthly for the next 30 years! I would recommend him to anyone and already have to many friends and family!

He got our house appraised for best value. We were able to pay off debts, remove FHA pmi and lower our rate. We are saving thousands a month and we closed in less then 30 days!!
