Nicholas, was extremely helpful and resourceful during the process of purchasing my Co-op. He guided me every step of the way. I appreciated all the help he gave me from walking me step by step during the process and making sure all the documents were in line for closing. Abe had helped me purchase my first home back in early 2018 were he got me mortgaged in less than a month start to finish. Since then I had gotten married, had 2 kids and we as a growing family were bursting out of every room w/ laundry, toys, etc; . We slowly started out growing the 3bd 1ba L Ranch and ended up selling the home for good amount. We then used our equity to purchase a slightly larger 4bd 2ba colonial home. Jeff literally came to the rescue after I had an issue with my first lender. He helped me out to close on time and he always was available to answer any questions I had. Definitely it was a pleasure to work with with and with the contour mortgage team.
