A rather annoying realtor kept pushing and I reluctantly talked to John of Contour mortgage. I prefer to work directly with the bank, as their officers do less of self-promotion and empty talking. But because my credit was already extended, Chase didn't want to work with me. So I called John reluctantly. To my surprise, he didn't turn out to be a typical broker.
