Brian is a very attentive and knowledgeable mortgage loan officer. He contacted us quickly and always responded immediately when we needed him. The interest rate he quoted us and closing costs were as expected. Our situation required some creativity in the loan structure and Brian understood exactly what was needed and all the options and programs were explained to us. I want to state that from the outset I felt comfortable in dealing with Joe.Myself and girlfriend were in the process of purchasing a home.
