Being a transfer from another state, having David was an asset. He worked hard with and for me. Once everything was together, the rest was smooth. He was patient and explained every step, answered questions, and followed up as needed.
Dave was great, always available when I had questions and most importantly he handled a major issue for me the day before closing! Dave was great, I’d use him again without question!
