I do not normally write reviews but this one has pushed me to write one because my experienced with Lucinda Clements from Contour Mortgage was exceptional and her advised is second to none. She deserved a pat in the shoulder and Contour Mortgage should have many Lucinda Clements in their organization. She is awesome. She help me narrow down my options and shared her wisdom and experienced to make me a sound decision. Again, you cannot go wrong with Lucinda and kudos to Contour Mortgage for having her.

Eric and his team are true professionals. Navigating the Mortage process is not a simple thing. There are unexpected hurdles along the way as well as the normal forms and documentation. Eric quickly identifyed any issues along the way, explaned them in detail, made recomendations and quickly resolved any problems encountered along the way. We never thought we could have our own house but we met Eric and he oriented us; informed us ; supported us until the close . He was supper kind and patient answering all questions we had asked. I highly recommend him!

We first met Dave (2014) via our Real Estate agent. He was the "go-to" contact for this. Let me tell you, we didn't need any other options. Dave laid everything out for us simply and was very organized. All questions, large and small, were answered timely and accurately. All the way through the process, Dave was there, listening and getting work done for us. The process was seamless. Now, in 2019, our re-fi went even easier. This was by far the easiest and quickest refinance I've ever done. Having been through two previous ones, being told i couldn't combine my loans, i had accepted the high rate I had had. But then a mutual Facebook friend recommended a friend if his when i had asked a question. Enter Eric. He was professional, personable and proficient. He was able to combine my loans, with a significantly lower rate then I had.
