Working with Karen Arena was a pleasure! As many of us that goes through the home purchase process the bank can create numerous of stress and frustration in trying to finalized the loan. Karen guided us through the process and helped us to keep calmed and not to worry much as she did all the work. After hard work and effort from Karen and us, we were able to accomplish our goal and have a smooth closing at the table. To say the least Jesse is absolutely amazing at what he does! Not only is he great at what he does he’s kind and personable! Preapporval for a mortgage and obtaining a mortgage can be a scary and difficult process, however, Jesse and his team make everything so simple!!!!!(he makes sure you understand every single aspect and he closes mega fast) Not to mention he is almost always available!!! I have and will continue to refer him to everyone I know who is purchasing a home! Once again thank you Jesse!!!!
