When Sharif & I first met, I immediately felt like I was conversing with a friend. He consistently gave me good advice from the beginning to end. We delt with concessions, expiring contracts, slow moving co-op board. The board dragged a simple small loan contract to an unprecedented close that took 5 months. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the process going in, and it look us over a year to finally purchase the perfect house. We appreciate Bobby’s patience as we went through the process together from getting pre-qualified to closing.
