John was excellent. This is my second morgage and i wish i would have had him with my first morgage. He was always available to answer and questions and if he didnt answer he always called back. He made the process smooth and easy. I would recommend him to anyone i know. Biggest surprise was when he got our intrest rate even lower then i thought it would be. I've used JP to purchase 2 homes so far. With both home purchases he's always been attentive and there for any questions you may have along the way.
