Brian couldn't have been more helpful! We had originally went to refi with a different company, and the appraisal came in very low. When we decided to go with a different company, he validated us questioning the valued amount, and our home came in much higher after being reappraised. He was courteous, patient, and really helped us throughout the entire process. He was such a nice guy as well. I highly recommend Brian for all your new purchase or refinance needs. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!
