Abe went beyond the call if duty for me. When 2 other lenders denied me a loan abe found a way to get me into my firat home. He was eztremely attentive. Always made himself available for any rediculous question i had, even at night and on the weekends. He held my hand through the whole process. He did the impossible. Tim Higgins at Countour Mortgage got us the pre-approval letter we needed to start looking at houses. Once our offer was accepted, Tim made sure that we had all our ducks in a row in order to get the final loan approval. Even after running into a few issues, Tim kept at it, offered ideas, reviewed all documents and ensured that we closed escrow timely. I definitely learned a lot working with Tim.
