I can not say enough good things about Dave. He was attentive, informative, readily available and extremely professional. Between lawyer's, sellers, agents and loan officers there are a lot of people involved in the buying process. Dave was by far the easiest to deal with and really went above and beyond to help make the purchase of my new home as stress free as possible. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.
The whole process went smoothly. We were able to close in about a month since the loan process started. Andrey Romanyuk answered all questions and kept us informed of the progress.
