I can't say enough good things about Carol! Our situation (both selling AND buying) was very complicated, and Carol was a knowledgeable guide through it all. She was able to help us on everything from building permits, demolition, clean up, PODS, tax grievances, the IRS, homeowners insurance, construction, and a million other things I'm sure I'm forgetting.
