My purchase had a lot of odd quirks... Greg was excellent when working with my purchase. I closed before expected and with a lower rate and money down! He listened to my needs and always answered the phone or called me back asap.
This was the easiest refinancing we have ever done. Everything was stream-lined to make it easy and less stressful. The lender explained every step of the process in easy to understand language. He was extremely attentive and personable.
Greg and his team walked us through the refinance process, made every deadline they set and made the complicated refinance process (at least to us) smooth and easy, keeping us updated all along the way. I highly recommend working with Greg for any mortgage needs. I would definitely work with Greg again.
We use Greg for all of our home sale/purchases and he always does an exceptional job. He always puts us at ease and goes above and beyond to make the experience stress-free for us. We used him for a refinance and home improvement loan which saved us tons of money and allowed us the opportunity to update our home without breaking the bank. Mr. Lawernce was very professional, in the way he handle my refin., he explain the process from the start and told me each step of the loan to the final stage, which I want to say did go very well. Mr, Brown were friendly , and when I had question at any time I would call he would get back with me with the correct answers. Mr. Lawernce Brown in my opinion is the best loan officer that I have ever had to close my loan without any suprises.
He was very good at explaining everything. When I needed help I just called and he answered my questions. If he didn't have the answer right away he would get it and call me back.
